Artist must provide appropriate and substantial display for outdoor booth. Space area is 11’ X 11’.
All artwork must be original in design, no kits.
Artist is responsible for collecting all sales taxes
Artist is responsible for removing all trash in and immediately around their booth space.
Spaces will be assigned on a first come basis, when payment is received. Art in the Shop reserves the right to refuse any artwork deemed unacceptable.
Set-up times are Friday October 3, 2008 from 3:00 – 7:00 pm and Saturday October 4, 2008 from 7:00am –9:00am. If setting up on Saturday arrive no later than 8:00am. All cars must be parked in designated areas by 9:00am Saturday.
Break down Saturday at 5:00 pm.
Deadline for application, September 15, 2008
Checklist
____ Booth fee $50.00 per 11’ X 11’ space by check only. Make checks payable to Art in the Shop. Enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope for booth assignment and information. Information will be sent out as received. No rain date. Show goes on rain or shine.
____ Copy this application to keep for your files.
____ When all spaces are been filled, checks received thereafter will be returned.
____Directions, information, updates and artists will be posted on www.artintheshop.net
____Artists who have not previously shown at Art in the Shop please send 3 photos of work & short bio with application.

General Release
I hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Richard and Barbara Sinclair, and other organizers or volunteers, service providers (food), and any other location owners from any and all manner of actions, suits, damages, or claims whatsoever arising from my participation in Art in the Shop, including without limitations, any loss or damages to property or anyone’s property in my possession or supervisions, including any and all attorney’s fees incurred as a result thereof. I understand the terms of this application are subject to change.
